Lifetime Achievement Award 2017

Presented to Professor Richard Wilding:

Prof. Richard Wilding OBE from Cranfield School of Management was presented with the Lifetime Contribution to Training and Development in Logistics Award for his service to industry. Wilding is currently the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport; the award was presented by Stuart Taylor, director of award sponsor, Mentor FLT Training.

Richard has been inspiring and motivating individuals and companies through his passionate sharing of logistics and supply chain knowledge. His lifetime contribution to the sector is second to none

Richard is Professor in Supply Chain Strategy at the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Cranfield School of Management U.K.  He is also Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport U.K. the professional institution focused on professionals involved in the movement of goods and people and their associated supply chains.  Richard was appointed an OBE by Queen Elizabeth II in for services to Business in 2013 and was winner of the Talent in Logistics Lifetime achievement award in 2017.
