to provide valuable insights that will help employers attract and retain current and future operators. This is particularly pertinent as the warehousing and logistics industries continue to face a skills shortage crisis.

Talent in Logistics recently joined forces with iintegra-T and the RTITB Driver CPC Consortium to research employment benefits and incentives that businesses should offer to attract and retain LGV drivers.This is particularly pertinent as the road transport and logistics industries continue to face a driver shortage crisis.

Talent in Logistics, together with Pertemps Driving Division, investigated what LGV/HGV drivers have to say about their experience of working in the logistics industry. We surveyed more than 1,300 drivers to glean their perspectives on their engagement with employers, and on the profession as a whole.

This insight has been used to identify the main challenges regarding people strategies within organisations and what we could do as businesses
(and industry as a whole) to provide the conditions these workers need to do their jobs effectively.
