Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

  1. You should receive an email confirmation of your booking. If not please email talentinlogistics@capitb.co.uk.

  2. Bookings may be paid by credit/debit card at the time of booking; otherwise we will invoice you using the purchase order number you provide. Invoice payments must be received by Talent in Logistics Limited within 30 days of the invoice date or by close of business 3 working days before the Event, whichever is the earlier.
  3. Tickets will be sent out by email during week commencing 4th June 2018.
  4. Tickets will not be issued until payment has been received in cleared funds.
  5. Cancellations must be made in writing to talentinlogistics@capitb.co.uk If you cancel on or before 1 March 2018 we will refund your booking fee. If you cancel after 1 March 2018 no refund will be given. Please note this also applies in the case that payment has not yet been received, payment will still be required.
  6. If Talent in Logistics cancel the event we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
  7. The data collected will be processed in accordance with the Talent In Logistics privacy policy which can be found at www.talentinlogistics.co.uk/privacy-policy. Personal information you provide to us will be shared with only those service providers necessary in order to provide Talent in Logistics communications and services in accordance with this purchase.
  8. Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
  9. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this sale.
