About James Clark

James Clark has been Secretary General of the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA) since 1999, following 31 years’ experience with two blue chip companies in the food industry, James enacts the policies of the BITA Management Board, and maintains day-to-day operation of the Association, including financial control.
He manages BITA’s administration and consulting staff at BITA’s offices in Sunninghill, near Ascot. He holds several Directorships representing BITA interests, and played a key role in establishing F-TEC, the materials handling industry apprenticeship training organisation.
