In 2013 he published his first book – It’s Not About The Coach: getting the most from coaching in business, sport and life. A unique angle on coaching inspiring the coachee to make informed choices about coaching, discover readiness for learning and develop the values required for success.
Working across all industry sectors typical assignments include coaching, optimal performance, resilience and well-being.
Outside of work family and friends are his number one priority. He also plays hockey for Wales Masters, enjoys watching rugby and heading out for trail runs.
